eDiscovery
In-house hosting. No third-party cloud.
Our iConect Xera review platform runs on hardware we own, in facilities we control. Your case data never touches AWS, Azure, or any public cloud. From intake through production, everything stays on E-Hounds servers.
Overview
The platform difference most firms never ask about.
Most eDiscovery providers rent processing and hosting from public cloud vendors. Your sensitive case data is copied to servers you do not own, managed by staff you do not know, under service agreements you did not sign.
E-Hounds operates a fully self-hosted platform built on iConect Xera, a SOC 2 Type II certified review system trusted by government agencies. Physical and logical control of your data never leaves our facility. Encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, role-based access control, and full audit trails are built in.
For corporate legal departments, receivers, and federal enforcement teams who cannot accept third-party cloud exposure, we are one of the few firms offering it anywhere east of the Mississippi.
What We Host
Full-spectrum eDiscovery on a platform you can audit.
Collection and processing
Forensic intake from servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms. Email collection from Gmail, Google Vault, Microsoft 365, and Exchange. All processing happens on-premise.
Isolated review environments
We routinely host simultaneous, isolated review environments for multiple parties on the same matter, including SEC enforcement and a court-appointed receiver working independently on the same underlying data set.
Production and testimony
Structured productions in the formats and load files your team or co-counsel requires. Our analysts are available as expert witnesses to testify to the collection, processing, and review methodology.
